Spectrum Internet named Communications Provider of the Year ...

Broadband & Business

Spectrum Internet has been named Communications Provider of the Year at the Federation of Communication Services (FCS) Industry Awards 2012.

The Cardiff-based broadband provider - entering the awards for the first time - beat off competition from its industry rivals to triumph in the headline category.

Entanet was named in second place in the Communications Provider of the Year category, with Gradwell Dot Com in third place.

Jacqui Brookes, Chief Executive of the FCS, offered congratulations to all the award winners and runners-up "who in their diverse ways have demonstrated innovation and customer service in the competitive world of UK communications services".

"Each of the awards was judged by a panel of industry players and representatives from the regulator or academia," she noted.

Kevin Herbert, Operations Director at Spectrum Internet, said it has been an "incredible year" for the broadband company.

"The success must be attributed to our hardworking teams in the Chepstow and Cardiff offices that have helped drive the business forward, providing new and exciting solutions and excellent customer service," he stated.
